Fussell Tire

Stopped in yesterday 6/8 to get 4 new tires (that I brought) mounted, balanced, and aligned. Made it a total of 5 hours after install before 3/4 valve stems were leaking extremely bad. Had to take it to another shop to be repaired as Fussell’s was closed. Upon inspection all of the valve stems installed at Fussell’s were extremely dry rotted. Place used to be good but obviously not anymore. Stay far away from this place. Go to southern tire or Mr. Tire in Apex.

Excellent experience! Friendly customer service, quick and efficient tire replacement, and great value for my hard earned dollar. I've going here for over 20 years and I always say....if you need tires.... you better hustle to Fussell!

Ran over a pothole on the first Monday of the year, ugh. Flat tire. Called numerous places. Fussell actually had the tire I needed, they were quick, all the staff (front desk and two mechanics) were very friendly, helpful and kind. I was most pleased! Five stars, easily.

I can't say enough about the solid service and hometown feel of Fussell Tire in Apex. One thing I despise in dealing with any service is "Oh-by-they-way" costs or hidden "upsells." There was none of that at Fussell. Just friendly solid service at competitive prices and no hidden charges. I found Fussell after having less than optimal experiences with other tire shops and was immediately taken by the friendly atmosphere of this family owned business with 40 years in Apex. Jennifer was delightful on the phone and a happy pro in person. She'll take care of you, as well as the great crew sweating it out in the Carolina summer. (Waiting room is air conditioned and cozy. Plenty of comings and goings to keep you occupied.) Thank you Fussell Tire for a great experience. I will be coming back to Fussell as long as I am rolling...

I purchased a set of high tread used tires here and the install process was quick and straightforward. They didn’t have my exact tires, but did have another set that would fit. I was in and out in about 15-20 minutes and the staff was friendly. Three weeks after purchase, I experienced a big blowout while driving on the highway. I returned to Fussell the next day they were open and asked if there was anything they could do, but was told that used tires have no warranty (to be fair, this was on the paperwork I received when I made the purchase). This might just be the nature of buying used tires, but I expected the product to last longer than 3 weeks and a few hundred miles. This experience left a bad impression on me, so I’ll have the blown out tire replaced elsewhere and likely will not return to Fussell.
